hooray for l.a. deciding to outlaw plastic bags.
boo for l.a. charging us extra if we don’t bring our own bags!
to say nothing of those of us that always request paper bags! those’ll still be free, right?!
whatever. this goes into effect on july 1, 2010. if i am still here on july 1, 2010, i owe you a coke.

Huh, I hadn’t thought about paper. That’s an interesting point.

there’s a simple solution – always keep a few reusable bags in your car. even my mom can do it!
July 27, 2008 at 9:42 pm |
well, if your mom does that, how can i go wrong!?
seriously though, i assume they’ll have free paper bags available.

i assume. but you really shouldn’t be using either. (i know, i’m so annoying.)

fa. i re-use my paper bags frequently. just not at the supermarket. for a variety of other purposes. MY CARBON FOOTPRINT CAN KICK YOUR CARBON FOOTPRINT’S ASS!
wait.
would that be a good thing or a bad thing?

probably bad. cause in order to kick my carbon footprint’s ass your carbon footprint would have to be not simply bigger, but stronger. thus, may the best carbon footprint lose!
